IBN Help Desk is a web based solution for issue and incident management aimed to provide effective customer support and client services. In addition to the useful Issue Management capabilities, IBN Help Desk includes tools for contact management.
 
IBN, with special section Clients and Contacts, enables storing contact information, setting relationships between companies and people, and tracking related objects. Special filtering system allows creating custom views for easy navigation and reference, e.g. "All Clients", "Your Clients", "Partners", etc.
